Due to a major water leak, Jan Palach Library will operate on a limited basis from 31 August to 6 September:

Only loan services will be available this week; the study rooms will remain CLOSED. Due to the water leak, the PC Lab and the Fiction Collection will remain inaccessible until further notice.
Books from the open shelves sections can be retrieved for you at the loan desk on request during opening hours. Simply provide the call number or the title and author, or arrange the request in advance by email at kjp@ff.cuni.cz.
Please request books from the and depositories via the UKAŽ discovery service.
Books can also be returned outside opening hours using the book drop box in front of the library entrance.
All Jan Palach Library loans and books ready for pick-up with due dates between 31 August and 4 September have been extended until 7 September.
For printing services, please use the printers on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the main building.
